Gary Fowler-Mistry BSc(Hons) MCIOB AssocRICS MFPWS
As founder of Element in 2012, Gary has built his career in the property industry for over 30 years in major construction and Professional Services. Based in London, Gary has worked with prominent firms in the industry, including John Laing Construction, Simmonds & Partners Chartered Surveyors and the Hercules Group of Property Services. Gary as Director heads up the Professional Design & Surveying Services as well as joint management of the Building and Maintenance Services element of the business.
A graduate of South Bank University with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and Associated Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and other professional bodies, Gary has project managed property portfolios in excess of £100 million, before going on to work as Director of a Property Services and Contracting company. He has continued consulting roles as a Surveyor for large Property Management companies and Property Development Schemes. He also has a background in Architectural Design and his professional skills and experience include surveys of both commercial and residential property.
Gary believes his wide ranging experience and skillset is the advantage that Clients will be able to utilise to realise all their property requirements.
Peter Williamson BSc(Hons) MIRPM
Peter joined Element in 2016 to actively Project Manage the business structure, administration and logistics. He also has an active role in support of the Building and Maintenance Services business and the Professional Services element of the business. Having spent over a decade working in both Contracting and Residential Property Management he has a wealth of knowledge both in the aspects of the business but also management of teams, processes and strategy having occupied senior positions including running a regional office.
Peter uses his experience of both customer service and management of contractors to ensure the smooth running of operations within the business ensuring that our clients have their requirements dealt with professionally to meet expectations.
Peter is an advocate of client care and professional conduct.
